1: Vary Rate of Speech 2: Volume Level 3: Pitch (melody) 4: Tonality (emotion, body language, facial expression) 5: Pause. Source most likely Dale Carnegie The Art of Public Speaking, which has a lot of content, so thanks Vinh for reducing it to manageable chunks.

As a musician, this video describes a good musical performance, meaning that if you follow these 5 advice while playing a musical instrument, the difference will be just as great. This fact alone convinces me, that words don't make speech, but music does. Words only put meaning into music. Conclusion: master your own instrument (that is your voice) and what you say will sound more impactful and memorable.

Which accent was Mr. Vinh Giang speaking in..? Someone.. I usually speak the same way but I feel embarrassed about it. It's neutral and easily understandable but then can't differentiate into one particular accent. For example here, he said modulating as modulaiDin, and then tonality as tonaliTy..

Though rather than 6, the tradition I’m from describes it as 9: shringara (beauty, love and romance), haasya (laughter and satire), karuna (compassion), veera (courage and heroism), raudra (anger), bheebhatsya (disgust or revulsion), bhayanak (horror, terror or fear), adbhut (a sense of wonderment) and shaantha (peace and tranquillity)

@Vinh Giang I don't know if this is a point that you've made elsewhere, as I only discovered your content last night, but have you talked about people emphasising the wrong words in sentences? It's a real bugbear of mine and it instantly makes me think less of a person's communication skills, especially if they're an actor. E.g. Someone expressing surprise at seeing a red taxi: Correct use of emphasis: "The other day I saw a *red* taxi!" Incorrect use of emphasis: "The other day I saw a red *taxi*!" That's just one example, really the emphasis would be incorrect on any word but 'red', as that is what's surprising about the taxi.

Great! But i need to know how to overcome that fear of implementing this, i m talking here about self confidence, i think there is another element which is voice projection. Actually i think i am selfconfident but I m just fed up with being too shy. Thinking about how other see me, think about me, anout my appearance about what i say.. this is exhausting and slowering me to realize my goals😢
